Replacement
If the product you receive comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement w ithin 20 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to info@jetlaglovers.com. If it’s acceptable, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
How long does it last ?
First, it's temporary tatoos, not semi-permanent tattoos. There are quite a few factors – like the detail in your tattoo, where it’s applied on your body, how well you take care of it, etc. – that go into how long it will last. That said, you can expect your tattoo to last anywhere from 4-12 days (though some customers have worn their design for weeks!). :-)
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. This rarely, if at all, happens. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees.
